1. Where are the products shipped from?
We ship from several warehouses in the UK and EU countries . If there is insufficient stock , this may result in a delay in delivery. We will also arrange fast shipping from China depending on special circumstances.
2. What's the status of my order and delivery?
You can track your order and deliveries from Your Orders. Once your order has shipped, you can find tracking information in your order details. You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.
3. Why my order always does not have detailed tracking information?
After you finished the payment, we need 1-3 days to handle the order, then send it to the Express company. Express company needs check and records, then arrange delivery. So far it worked as described, I did load it with 650w, with no problems, the battery lasted as intended, and the sin wave is super clean, I ran my hi-fi system, and the sound was clean. It's a super nice power station for the price period.
