►FAQ
1. There is no sound when connecting with firestick?
A: If there is no sound during playing video like Netflix, please disable Dolby Sound (Settings> Display and Sound> Audio> Dolby Digital Out>, and then turn on Dolby Digital Plus).
2. The edge is a little blurry even after focus adjustment?
A: Firstly please put the projector 2.5m away face front from screen, and then adjust the focus ring very slowly to make the picture clear.
BTW, for lcd projectors, it’s normal that 10% of the edges is not as clear as the center.
3. There is a small black spot in the image.
A: It can be easily removed, please let us know.
4. There is lag when connected with bluetooth speaker.
Bluetooth is a new technology in projector ( start in 2020), currently all bluetooth projectors have lag issue when connected with bluetooth speakers. While there is two way to completely solve this issue---first one is by plugging an extra bluetooth transimetter to the projector, then it's compatible with all bluetooth speakers without lag. Second one is by connecting the projector with speaker via 3.5mm aux cable.

1. Where are the products shipped from?
We ship from several warehouses in the UK and EU countries . If there is insufficient stock , this may result in a delay in delivery. We will also arrange fast shipping from China depending on special circumstances.
2. What's the status of my order and delivery?
You can track your order and deliveries from Your Orders. Once your order has shipped, you can find tracking information in your order details. You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.
3. Why my order always does not have detailed tracking information?
After you finished the payment, we need 1-3 days to handle the order, then send it to the Express company. Express company needs check and records, then arrange delivery. And due to the current control measures applied globally aimed at avoiding the diffusion of the COVID-19 virus, shipments and track info may be delayed. Please understand.
4. Can I change the address on my order?
